As a Copy Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing compelling copy strategies across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful content that aligns with our clients' brand identities, engages target audiences, and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Copy Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive copy strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives and brand voice across digital channels.  
  • Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality copy for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, search ads, and more. 
  • Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas for digital campaigns.  
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice to create customized content that meets their needs. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices for SEO.  
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.  
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and content is delivered on time and to the highest standard.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment. 
  • Proven track record of creating successful digital content across various platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.  
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.  
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant digital tools.
